Real Worth is a salary sharing mobile app submitted for the GDSC Solution Challenge 2023. It attempts to promote wage transparency by allowing users to anonymously share their salary and view other user's salaries. It allows users to filter salaries by variables such as race, gender, education, years worked to understand if they and others are being properly paid.
